Stop information can be edited from either your management portal or within the Driver App.
How to Edit Stop Information
There are two ways to Edit Stop Information on the MyDrive tab in the GroundCloud Driver app:
- Quick Edit
- From the Stops page
- Login to the GroundCloud app.
- Go to My Drive.
- Click on the Stop you would like to edit.
- Click on the Edit button listed below the address.
Select Edit Stop
or Edit Parking/Delivery Location.
Press Save or Confirm New Location to save any changes.
From the Stops page
- Login to the GroundCloud app.
- Click on My Drive.
- Click STOPS in the top right corner.
- Click on the stop you would like to edit.
- Select EDIT in the top right corner.
- Click into each field to edit or add information.
- Once completed, click SAVE at the top right to save any changes.
Location: Drag and drop the plotted location of the stop
This will not adjust the address information, it will adjust where that address is placed on the map
Address: Address associated to the package
City: Delivery city
State: Delivery state
Zip Code: Delivery postal code
Name: Name of the recipient
Total Packages: The number of packages for delivery to this address
Premium Service: Any special requirements for the package, such as signatures, goods requirements, and pick up/delivery services
This information will be visible on the Stop Information in the Driver App
Stop Instructions: Instructions for this delivery
The driver will receive a pop up of the information in this field when completing this delivery. These can be package handling instructions, access notes, or any other information that will assist the driver with the delivery
Address Notes: Add information that will be shown for the current and any future deliveries to this address. Recurring things such as gate codes, or other instructions specific to this address.
Address Notes will be visible in the Driver App.
SID: The SID number of the package(s) being delivered
Phone: Phone number of the recipient
