Maintenance Reminders
The Maintenance Reminders page will be going away soon and will be replaced with the Vehicle Reminders tab. Enhancements have been added allowing both tabs to be combined and eliminating the need for two pages. Everything you need can now be found under Vehicle Reminders going forward.
We encourage you to start your transition to using Vehicle Reminders as we will be slowly sunsetting Maintenance Reminders.
Please note that you may not see Vehicle Reminders right away as it will be rolled out in phases.

Maintenance Reminders can be used to preset notifications for ANY sort of vehicle information.
The consolidated Maintenance Reminders page is found under Vehicles in your portal.
From this page you can view, edit, delete, and create Maintenance Reminders for any vehicle in your fleet.
Filter by vehicle number from the drop down list at the top of the page.
Add Reminder by clicking 
in the upper right. This will prompt the same pop up shown above.
Active reminders will be able to be edited with the 
icon.
Completed reminders can be deleted by clicking the 
icon under Actions.
Creating a Maintenance Reminder
Navigate to the Maintenance Reminders page. To create a new reminder, click the button.
You have the ability to assign any name you want to the description section. This gives the flexibility to create notifications for any sort of reminders. Either set the reminder to trigger by date or by odometer reading. In order to retrieve an odometer reading for a vehicle, it will need to be enabled as part of your Driver-Vehicle Inspection Report.
Once you have named the Reminder and selected a trigger, click 
to create the Reminder.
The new Maintenance Reminder will be listed with the options to Edit or Delete.
Automatically Create Work Order
Maintenance Reminders can be used to automatically create a Work Order to be tracked and completed on the Work Orders page of your portal.
When creating or editing a Maintenance Reminder, check the Automatically create Work Order option, and a Work Order will be created when the reminder is due.
If notifications are enabled, Fleet Managers will receive a message when the new Work Order is created. Notification settings can be adjusted from the Fleet Managers page.
