Overview

Overview

The Overview page is set up to give you information about all of your routes at a glance. In this article, we will go over the main sections that will help you monitor your fleet throughout the day.

Terminal Filter
Use the terminal filter at the top of the page to filter Overview information to a specific terminal. By default, the Overview will show information for all terminals.

Driver Map

The Overview Driver Map shows the location of all drivers that are currently running a route using the GroundCloud Driver app. Drivers current locations are marked on the map using their initials (ie John Smith would show as JS).

Notification Messages

If there is an issue anywhere on your account that needs to be addressed, you will receive a notification at the top of your Overview that will direct you to where it can be resolved.

Route Overview

The Overview page allows you to see how all of your routes are progressing. Each route that has stops on it for the day, whether added manually, or through Automated Manifest Uploading (AMU), will be listed here. You can also see which driver is assigned to each route, and adjust those assignments from this page.

It shows the following information about each route, as well as cumulative stats on all of your routes:

Name: The name of the route.
Driver: The driver assigned to the route.
Stops: Number of completed stops out of the total number of stops.
Packages: Number of completed packages out of the total number of packages.
Exceptions: Total number of delivery exceptions. Hover over the  next to this number to see exception details.
Stops/Hour: Completed stops per hour on the current delivery day.
Est. Miles: The estimated total miles the route should take.
Act. Miles: The total miles traveled by the driver on the current delivery day.
Est. Drive Time: An estimate of how long the route should take to complete.
