Automated Manifest Uploads (AMU)

Welcome to GroundCloud AMU!

Follow these steps to get your FedEx FCC account linked to your GroundCloud.io account for Automated Manifest Uploading.

First Steps:
- Log into your GroundCloud.io account
- Select the Routes page from the left hand menu
- Upper right side of the Routes page you will see a button labeled, "+ Configure FedEx Route Sync", click on that button.

Step 1:  Click 'Link FedEx SSO Account to (Fleet manager user name)'

Step 2: You will be redirected to a new page to enter your FedEx ID/Password.
      - The FedEx ID and password you enter will need to have access to FCC (FedEx Customer Connection) site which is where your P&D Manifest info is found.

Step 3: You will then be redirected to a new page/tab with a 'Continue to GroundCloud' button. Select that button.

Step 4: You will be re-directed to the GroundCloud.io login page. Enter in your GroundCloud.io login credentials.
      * Note the red banner, 'FedEx SSO account does not have access to GroundCloud' (entering your info here will finalize the linking process of the steps performed earlier)

Step 5: Navigate back to the Routes page and click on the '+Configure FedEx Route Sync' button located in upper right of page once more.

Step 6: From the Account Linking page, click 'Link FedEx SSO Account to (Fleet manager user name)' once more.

Step 7: You will then be redirected to a new page/tab with a "Continue to GroundCloud" button. Select that button once more.

Step 8: You will now see the linked FedEx ID in the 'Your FedEx Account' field

Press the 'Sync routes using FedEx user (FedEx ID #)' button.

And your account has been linked!
