Thank you for joining the best platform for your contracting services! Listed below are some simple steps to help you get started.


Log In

Go to https://www.groundcloud.io/ to log into your management portal. Use the account username and password you created on sign up.


If you have forgotten your password, it can be reset by visiting the forgot password page:

Contract ID

Add in your Contract ID for proper reporting and correlation to your Schedule B. vehicles and VEDR devices. What is a Contract ID? This is your contractual agreement with FedEx: C####### – i.e. C8752134. This is not your Contractor ID (CSP ID = V#).

Routes

Add your routes and/or work areas into the account. Select the “Routes” tab, click “+Add Route” and insert number or name. This will be needed in order to assign drivers for stop visibility.

Link AMU (Fedex CSPs)

Link your FedEx FCC account to your GroundCloud account for automatic manifest uploads.  What is Automatic Manifest Upload?  When linked, GroundCloud will automatically pull your manifest data throughout the morning into your routes.  No need to manually upload files!

Add Vehicles

Add your fleet of vehicles relating to vehicle ID’s, nicknames, VIN and Contract ID’s. Maintenance Records and Maintenance Reminder features are located within your vehicles for tracking historical data.

Add Drivers

Create and add your drivers to your fleet by selecting the “Drivers” tab within your manager portal. The username and password created is how the driver’s log into the GroundCloud application for route visibility, safety and time tracking.

Download

Download the GroundCloud driver application for your iPad, Tablet or Phone from the App Store or Google Play Store.

NOTE: If your devices have been sent to GroundCloud’s office, they will come ready with the application downloaded.
